The916 is building the people, tools, and cultural work needed for a higher standard of influence.

It begins with two parts of the same work — the Collective, where the person is formed, and Labs, where the tools to practise that standard are built.

A Note From The Founder

I have spent years inside the systems that shape attention. I have watched how fast they can disciple a person — rewarding outrage, vanity, and imitation.

The916 is the work I want to give my life to: forming people before scaling their influence, and building tools that sharpen thought instead of replacing it.
